Dr. Irene Blinston was part of the bereavement reduction research unit testing the psychomanteum at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA, from 2002 through 2005. She was interviewed for the documentary, Science of the Soul: The Story of Transpersonal Psychology. From her research she developed her own process, The Portal, which is based on the institute's psychomanteum research.
Dr. Blinston was invited by Dr. Raymond Moody, Jr. to present the institute's research findings at Omega Institute's Austin, TX campus.
